Model Congress Joint-Session

will be held

January 9-11, 2020 at

American International College.

Hotel accommodations are available at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel.

Registration Fees:

Delegate

Delegate registration fee includes:

  • Lunch on Friday and Saturday

  • Dinner at the Awards Banquet on Saturday

  • Conference Materials

  • Delegate Social

  • Eligibility to receive AIC scholarships

Early Bird Rate: $125/person
Standard Rate: $150/person

Associate Delegate

Observer registration fee includes:

  • Lunch on Friday and Saturday

  • Dinner at the Awards Banquet on Saturday

  • Conference Materials

  • Delegate Social

Early Bird Rate: $90/person
Standard Rate: $115/person

Advisor

Advisor registration includes:

  • Lunch on Friday and Saturday

  • Dinner at the Awards Banquet on Saturday

  • Conference Materials

  • Advisor Social

1 free advisor registration provided per school. 1 additional free advisor for every 6 delegate/associate delegate registrations.
 
Advisor Rate: $80/advisor if additional advisor needed other than free registrations.

Optional Registration Expenses:

$125 per room per night

 

 

Each school will be required to make their own hotel accommodations at the Springfield Sheraton Monarch Place Hotel.

Thursday Dinner

$18/person

 

New this year: we have rented out the event space at Red Rose. Dinner will be served beginning at 4pm on 1/9/20.

This is an optional add-on dinner that is a good option for schools that choose to arrive on campus early for registration.

Hotel

$35/person

This optional meal plan includes breakfast on both conference days and dinner on Friday night.

All meals are all you care to eat in the Dining Commons. This meal plan DOES NOT include the Thursday dinner.
