Attendee Early Bird Registration Deadline - October 18, 2019
This is the first step in registering for the conference. Here you will let us know how many Delegates, Associate Delegates, and Advisors you will be bringing.
Registration Deadlines
Early Bird: September 10, 2019 - October 18, 2019
Standard: October 19, 2019 - November 22, 2019

Legislation Submission Deadline- November 22, 2019
This is where you will submit all bills that will be debated at Model Congress.
Please read the requirements of submission before submitting legislation in the procedural manual, located on the resources page. Revision requests after submission will be considered on a case-by-case basis with printing deadlines in mind and should be sent to model.congress@aic.edu.

Final Rosters and Payments Due - December 6, 2019
This is where you will submit your final roster. Before filling this out, you will need to know the first and last name of each Delegate, Associate Delegate, and Advisor. Additionally, you will need to indicate which Delegates are Bill Sponsors.
Shortly after completion, you will receive a copy of your submission to your email address. Please carefully review and inform us of any spelling mistakes or other errors as name badges will be printed from this list.
